- Sassi Salam Added June 14, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆very disappointing visit, Tamara who is apparently a TL doesn't have any idea of what she is doing and ended up provided the incorrect information and I booked my flight to the incorrect destination. I had to take a ferry and then a cab to reach my booked accommodation while the other airport was only 30 min away from the accommodation which I should have booked but due to her lack of knowledge, I had to suffer and paid extra for ferry and cab.

I hang up straight away as I don’t want to get shouted at. Good luck with your business

Went in to briefly ask about whether they have any premade travel packages and they talk down upon you like you should know what packages exists already. I wish I got the ladies name but she wasn’t wearing a tag.

She went above & beyond to find answers for all my questions & was so easy to deal with & not to mention she was always available too!! Will only ever go back to Samantha for my flights from now on!!
